I had a problem with the remote/ module of my fire place and Sarah and her staff were able to help me troubleshoot it via cell call so to avoid a service call and fees. It all worked out. Thanks Sarah for all your help. You guys are awesome !!

Our fireplace came out absolutely stunning. We ran into delays with the rock I choose due to rock vendor and COVID. However, Mark let me choose something else in stock from an alternate vendor and I could not be more pleased. We appreciated Flame Tech allowing us other options to get the job done. Our indoor fireplace completes the room and is a show stopper and the crew is very professional and fast and courteous they took down our 85" tv and re hung it and hooked everything back up which made it very easy for us.

My wife is very hard to please when it comes to home improvement, but the Flametech team did such a amazing stellar job to perfection that she was extremely happy with the extremely beautiful fireplace Flametech completed in our home. It is a beautiful showpiece that is a highlight for us and all our friends and visitors to admire. If you want a perfect fireplace, call Flametech to do the job if you are lucky to get them to do the job.
