Do you service and warranty the products you sell?


The majority of products we sell have a manufacturer’s limited warranty that generally covers parts and some labor. We will service your fireplace or outdoor kitchen as well. Even if it’s out of warranty we would love to help.

If I’m shopping for a new fireplace, stove or insert, how do I know it’s safe?


We only install new products that meet the current safety standards. Each product is professionally installed and we instruct our customers on the proper use and maintenance of all heating appliances. You can trust the FlameTech team to meet all safety standards when it comes to your new fireplace, stove or insert.

Do you accept credit cards?


Yes, we accept most forms of payment including credit cards. Please note we offer a discount when paying by cash or check.
